Tell us what your team does by hand, and leave your website and an email. Within three working days you'll get a one-page note with the first job we'd suggest, an estimate of the hours it would save each week, a six-week plan and the weekly price. If we need longer, we'll email to say so.

§01Where to look

We can't see your inbox or spreadsheets from the outside, so this is what makes the estimate honest. Name the systems it goes through if you can, such as Outlook, Xero, HubSpot or Shopify.

We use your details to reply, and for nothing else. No mailing list.

What we look at

  • What you tell us your team does by hand each week
  • Your website, and how an enquiry gets from it to a person
  • Your ads, if you run any, from the public side
  • How you show up in Google and in AI answers

What the note covers

  • The first job we'd suggest, and why
  • An estimate of the hours it would save each week, with how we worked it out
  • A six-week plan
  • One weekly price and the total for the plan
  • Any software you'd need to buy, and what it costs
  • What we can't do for you, if anything

It's written by the person who'd run your sessions, and it's yours to keep. If we're the wrong fit, the note says so. If it isn't for you, ignore it. We won't chase.
